Billing & subscriptions

Subscriptions are billed by Apple through your Apple ID. To manage or cancel: open Settings on your iPhone → tap your name → SubscriptionsSnapFix. Refund requests are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Account & data

You can update your profile inside the app. To delete your account and all associated data (photos, repair history, chat), use the delete option in the app's profile settings, or email us at support@homerepair-ai.com from your account email and we'll handle it within 30 days. See our Privacy Policy for details.

SnapFix is an informational tool. If you smell gas, see sparking, or have major water flooding, don't wait for an app — leave the area if needed and call a licensed professional or emergency services first.
